Team Blue uses a Loot Council system to support fair, transparent and progression-focused loot distribution. Decisions are made with the overall success of Team Blue in mind while still recognizing individual performance, commitment, attendance and character progression.
We manage loot distribution using RCLootCouncil. Every drop is tracked, and each player selects their response through the addon.
The system rewards performance, preparation, commitment, attendance and progression — not random luck alone.
The overall strength and progression of Team Blue takes priority over individual gain.
Council decisions are subjective, but they must always be based on structured criteria. Discuss concerns with a Raid Leader or Loot Council member after the raid, not during active raid content.
Leadership support and big-picture oversight.
When a required Loot Council member is unavailable, one temporary council member may be selected from the attending raiders through a random roll from 1 to 25. The winning eligible raider joins the council for that raid. When multiple council members are absent, only one temporary replacement is added.
Higher priority does not automatically guarantee the item — the Loot Council always makes the final decision based on all evaluation criteria.
The item is BiS for the player in the current patch. Receives the highest consideration.
A significant upgrade over the player's currently equipped item.
A smaller, situational or secondary upgrade.
For an alternative role or specialization.
Requested only for appearance collection.
The player does not wish to receive the item.
Attendance and loot history help the council evaluate players consistently. They also give raiders visibility into attendance, previous rewards and overall loot distribution.
BoE items are reserved for the Guild Bank to help fund raid consumables, repairs and guild expenses. A BoE may still be distributed through the Loot Council when it is a Best in Slot item or a substantial progression upgrade.
Legendary items are reserved for predetermined recipients. Recipients are selected based on guild progression needs, class utility, attendance, performance and long-term commitment.
Rare raid mounts are reserved and rolled among eligible Core Raiders in good standing.
Disenchant materials go to the guild and are used to support the Guild Bank. Members can request enchants through the guild ticket system.
This policy protects progression and rewards the commitment of the core team while still recognizing the contribution of guest players.
Our goal is to balance fairness, efficiency, transparency and progression. Loot decisions should strengthen the raid team while respecting the effort and commitment of every player.
